Yes. We offer custom roast profiles, sweetness levels, viscosity, texture (creamy to crunchy), and flavour infusions. Reduced-sugar, high-protein, and aflatoxin-controlled specifications for EU and FDA compliance are available on request.
We source peanuts from pre-screened suppliers, conduct incoming raw material testing, apply color sorting to remove discolored nuts, and test each batch for aflatoxin levels before dispatch. Our limits are aligned with EU regulations (max 4 ppb total aflatoxins) and US FDA guidelines.
Natural peanut butter is made with 100% roasted peanuts (and optionally a touch of salt) with no added hydrogenated oils, sugars, or emulsifiers. This results in natural oil separation on top, which requires stirring. Regular (or classic) peanut butter contains hydrogenated vegetable oils as stabilizers to prevent oil separation, along with added sugars and salt to ensure a consistent, creamy texture and sweeter taste.
Peanut butter production involves roasting raw shelled peanuts to develop flavor, cooling them, and using blanchers to remove the skins. The blanched peanuts are sorted (using advanced color-sorting machines to remove discolored nuts), ground in multi-stage mills to achieve a smooth or crunchy texture, blended with any ingredients like salt or stabilizers, cooled, and packaged into jars or bulk drums.
Peanut butter is a nutrient-dense food rich in plant-based protein (about 8g per serving), healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, dietary fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals (such as Vitamin E, Magnesium, and Potassium). It helps support muscle repair, promotes satiety, and benefits heart health.
